It's called Photoshop Lightroom 4, and, as the video shows, it does a really good job of creating a glowing firework effect from a still image. It also comes with some fantastic presets for indoor and outdoor photos, which will allow you to quickly switch between adding glowing effects to your photographs for any of the pictured locations. Just choose one of the presets in the dropdown menu, and you can start tweaking the settings to suit your needs. For example, if you're taking a photo of fireworks or something of the sort, you'll want to use the 'fireworks' preset. If you want to use it for an everyday item, like a fire hydrant or even a building facade, try the 'building' preset. This will give you a head start on creating your own glowing images in the future.
The app offers the ability to add the glow to a photo after the fact, but if you're looking to make your own glowing images for use in promotional materials or anything else that requires a decent amount of time and energy, you'll want to start with the app's presets. You can learn more about how to use it on the app's official site.Vietnam's ruling Communist Party on Monday named its candidate for next year's presidential election, Pham Binh Minh, as head of the election commission that will pick his successor, the state-run VTV television channel reported.
Minh, a 52-year-old former prime minister, is widely seen as a loyalist to President Tran Dai Quang, who is seen as under considerable pressure from younger members of the leadership.
The reclusive Dai Quang, 83, who has held the top job since 2014, is himself an old-school communist with a reputation for stability and a hand-picked team of former political allies, many of whom have raised concerns about the growing influence of younger reform-minded politicians.
Minh, who was prime minister from 2016 to 2017, was also a long-time ally of former president, the 69-year-old Nguyen Tan Dung, who was removed from office in April in a major leadership reshuffle.
His appointment as election commission head was the first major move by the Vietnamese Communist Party since the leadership shake-up and a major step to ensure the party has control over a presidential poll that is to be held in late May or early June.
Minh has a tough act to follow.
